Q: How soon can I expect my HoneyBee order to be delivered?

A: Depending on location, we aim to deliver your order within 1-4 business days.

Q: At what times are deliveries made?

A: We deliver after 5:30pm on Weekdays and between 9:00-15:00 on Saturdays.

Q: What are your payment methods?

A: Currently, we are accepting payment either on Revolut or BOV Mobile

Q: Can I exchange any items I have purchased?

A: Yes, items can be exchanged for another product up until 14 days from original purchase. Unless the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, all items should be returned unused, unmarked, with their original packaging and in a condition that enables resale. Items that show signs of wear and use which renders them unsuitable for resale by HoneyBee will not be exchanged.

Q: If any item is faulty how can I get it replaced?

If the item you have purchased is faulty then please reach out to us on our social media channels or via email within 7 days of receiving your item, together with photos and a brief description of the fault, and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or credit note. Delivery of the replacement product is free of charge.

Q: Do you offer free Delivery?

A: Yes, we offer free delivery across Malta for all orders above €50. 

Q: Do you deliver to Gozo?

A: Yes, we deliver in Gozo against a small third-party shipping fee of €5.

Q: Do you provide Gift Receipts?

A: Yes, electronic gift receipts are provided upon request. 

Q: Do you provide Gift Vouchers?

A: Yes, we offer €20 and €50 Gift Vouchers.
